Once an old fishing lodge, Badger's Holt nestles at the foot of 1300 feet high Yar Tor, at the famous beauty spot where the east and west tributaries of the River Dart meet. Famous for its old clapper bridge, sadly whose top stones are missing presumably lost in some previous flooding. Still nevertheless an impressive site, one which is very popular with tourists visiting Dartmoor. Sometimes refered to as Dartmeet Badgers holt is a beautifull spot on Dartmoor  not to be missed.
